Saturday evening (18 February 2023), in the splendid setting of Villa Renoir in Legnano, the prestigious Galà of the ITALY FOOD AWARDS was held https://www.facebook.com/ItalyFoodAwards https://www.italyfoodawards.com/ credible, meritocratic and recognized recognition both nationally and internationally thanks also to the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty, created to celebrate the commitment and expertise in the Italian agri-food sector, which is currently booming.
We are pleased and proud to inform you that Amante’s pasta factory has been awarded as BEST ARTISANAL GOURMET PASTA MAKER.
The technical work linked to the judging of the products is completely entrusted to the sectoral Juries, represented by the various Presidents who select the 6 professionals who assist them in the tastings.
The tastings take place “blind”, a guarantee and meritocracy system of the Awards.
The Amante pasta factory has been producing for almost twenty-five years in Cura Carpignano in the province of Pavia dry nested and short pasta, also certified organic, using exclusively Italian wheat semolina with a high protein content.
The historic Di Amante pastartigianale brand is sold successfully mainly in the Ho.Re.Ca. and in the GDO (Carrefour), while the award-winning brand called Di Amante pasta lovers, innovative both in the recipes, which use DOP, IGP and BIO ingredients, and in the high added value packaging, is distributed in the Italian and foreign gourmet segment.
