The growing attention to environmental protection and genuine food products has led us to create this range of organic pasta. We select Italian wheat grown without the use of chemical fertilisers and weed-killing products according to organic farming good practices, to obtain a product with a reduced environmental impact and protect biodiversity and soil fertility.
The products of our wellness range are made according to the tradition of the ancient Italian pasta-making art: bronze drawing for short shapes and cold rolling for nest shapes. The subsequent slow drying at low temperature guarantees the preservation of the organic wheat properties and allow us to offer a pasta that is aimed at end consumers who are particularly sensitive to sustainability issues.
